In this video, I am going to share how to manifest anything while you sleep so you can attract more money into your life.
All right, let's just get this right out of the way. I agree with you that the title of this refers to your nightly routine while you sleep. It sounds like I get it. It sounds corny. Maybe you've seen a video like this before, or maybe you just think it's absolutely ridiculous. It's like I'm promising rainbows and infinite ketchup and French fry ketchup that also has no sugar in it. So then you can eat as much of it as you want, but I'm not promising any of that. What I am promising you is that if you do this very specific 10-step nightly routine just before you go to bed, you can attract more money into your life.

You can attract your soul mate into your life through your career success. Anything you want to manifest. I used this exact 10-step routine to change my life forever. My YouTube channel was getting like three views on videos. One was by me, one on my computer and one on my phone that was tricking the YouTube algorithm, and then the other was by my mom, but not really by my mom. It was me stealing my mom's phone and then getting myself more watch time, and now this channel is approaching a million subscribers with 60 million views. I use this technique to become a millionaire and attract my soulmate, my dream life, my dream family, and my beautiful baby daughter, who is turning two years old in about a month. So make sure to learn how to manifest anything while you sleep.
From The Tips Of My Toes To The Muscles In My Head

We have a second healthy, beautiful daughter on the way in about five months, and you can use this technique. It's very simple to do for money, for career, for health, for relationships. So let's dive right into this—and I know you may have seen a sleep technique video before, but this is a tried and true 10-step process like you've never heard of before, to take advantage of the most powerful time that you ever have, which is just before you go to bed. Step number one is this simple phrase. It's often used in hypnotism, from the tips of my toes to the muscles in my head. I am totally relaxed from the tips of my toes to the muscles in my head. Okay, so when you get into bed, after you brush your teeth, make sure you brush your teeth.
Okay, and after you brush your teeth, you're going to lie down in bed, and when you get all comfy, you're going to repeat this 10 times. There are going to be a few other steps on how to manifest anything while you sleep that I'm going to talk about later that are very important. Every one of these steps you're going to do 10 times. So 10 times you're going to repeat from the tips of my toes. To the muscles in my head, I am totally relaxed. Each time you do it, you finish. What you want to do is a quick body scan and then check in from the tips of my toes to the muscles in my head. I'm totally relaxed and then check that all is right. Am I clenching my toes? Am I clenching my jaw? Am I clenching my butt? Am I being a tight ass? Where do you think the term "tight ass" comes from, right?
Manifest Anything While You Sleep By Picking A Mantra Again

We all have areas of our body where we habitually and unconsciously hold our tension for some people. It's in their traps. For some people, it's in their teeth; they clench their teeth. For some people, they furrow their brows. For some people, they clinch right around on the muscles in their heads. For some people, it's their butt, or tight ass. For some people, it's their toes, and every time they find those spots and allow them to let go, and then repeat, 10 times from the tips of their toes. To the muscles in my head, I am totally relaxed. Step number two is to pick a mantra again. You're going to repeat this one 10 times. There are a couple of important things about this that are proven with some of the top hypnotists in the world, and this is very, very important because you can pick up the whole thing when you manifest anything while you sleep.
If you don't do this, you're going to repeat this mantra 10 times slowly, but you want to do it monotonously. So what I mean monotonously is that you're not evoking your will and you're not invoking your ego in this because you don't want to activate your conscious mind just before you go to bed. Your conscious mind shuts off and you get direct access to the unconscious, which controls 95 percent of your life, and the unconscious doesn't know the difference between what's real and what's not real. It's totally programmable, just like computer software, but the issue is that throughout our waking hours, our conscious mind is always there. So you think about what you want and then maybe your conscious mind tries to rationalize it or talk it out, but before sleep you can hijack that subconscious.
Manifest Anything While You Sleep Is Done Through Imagination And Intention
So your mantra is going to be what you intend to manifest. It may be money; "large sums of money come to me quickly and easily." It may be day by day, "in every way, I'm getting better and better." It may be, "I'm a happy spiritual millionaire." It may be, "I'm so grateful to feel love, joy and attract beautiful romance into my life," maybe about debt, maybe about your dream house in the mountains, or maybe about health. What you're going to do is turn it into a simple one-sentence summary. I invite you to do this right now in your head. So hopefully this isn't just entertainment through education and you can actually write it down.
You can put it on an index card on your end table next to you, or you can put it under your pillow. So for me, it was, "I'm so happy and grateful that large sums of money come to me quickly and easily, as I earn with a number that will always vary as I inspire millions of people worldwide." So it was this video that blew up and made me a millionaire. You repeat it 10 times, monotonously. Here's the big warning on this: if you try to force it by saying, "I need it, I want it," you're going to activate the conscious mind. So what we're doing here, especially with the first step "from the tips of my toes to the muscles in my head," is relaxing ourselves so we can get direct access to the subconscious. So this is just done through imagination and intention.
Manifest Anything While You Sleep By Recording Player Of Imagination

You're going to repeat it 10 times, monotonously with your mantra, as you're lying in bed. Big idea number three is the record player of imagination, just like a record player repeats the same song over and over again. What you're doing is using your mind and your own imagination because your mind works in pictures, like, for example, when I say, "What color underwear are you wearing?" You instantly see the color of the underwear that you're wearing in your head. "What color is your car?" You can instantly see it. "What's your car look like?" "What's your house like?" It doesn't spell it out in words, it does it in pictures because the mind is an image making machine.
It's just that most people are carrying around crappy unconscious images of what they don't want over and over again. So I do this in a very specific way, and this is really important. The record player technique is a five-second snippet of what your future could look like. I've told this story before, so bear with me. But I built a picture in my mind when my channel sucked ass and no one was listening to it. I built a picture in my mind of sitting down at my computer, refreshing the browser. You know, you shake the mouse and then you hit the refresh button on the browser and then holy crap. I have all these subscribers. I would replay that over and over.
Concentration And Imagination
So it's something in the future that would happen if you manifest anything while you sleep what you wanted. So you want to think about that. It might be walking on the beach with your soulmate, or it might be having some beautiful romance. It might be in the mountains in your dream house. It might be traveling around the world in first class, driving your dream car, shaking hands with clients, whatever it is. When you build that picture, and you should be able to do it mentally in your head, you get the clear picture the first time, and then, similar to the previous steps, you're going to do this 10 times, but this is really important here. What you're going to do is you're going to pull it onto the screen of your mind, and once you pull it onto the screen of your mind, and if you do that snippet, you're going to shut the mind black. This is important.
Bob Proctor says we're only limited by our lack of concentration and poverty of imagination. Two things: concentration and imagination. Concentration has been ruined in our society because of instant gratification. There's all those studies that say, "Human beings have the attention span of goldfish" and all that crap like that. It's getting pretty bad out there, folks, so concentrate and imagine. This activates both of these, so this is also a mental strengthening exercise. So I'm lying in bed. I see myself refreshing my browser, my YouTube channel going viral. Then I shut my mind to everything. When my mind goes black, I call it back onto the screen in my mind. I will see it again and I will do it again. That's how you manifest anything while you sleep.
Practice Ten Things That You're Grateful For
So you'll do this with money, you'll do this to sell your house, you'll do this with your health, with your soulmate, whatever it is that you want. Turn it off completely. You're going to do that 10 times now. This is very powerful, because what you're doing is sustained in short concentration. The way you access the subconscious mind is through constant spaced repetition, which is a term that basically just means you're constantly spacing the same repetition into the mind, and that's why you don't want to go off into fairyland. If you want to shorten it, go to black. Number four is to practice ten things that you're grateful for. So after you do that, you finish the record player imagination technique. I'm seeing my channel going viral.
You're seeing yourself walking on the beach with your soulmate, then 10 things you're grateful for. I'm grateful for these nice sheets. I'm grateful I didn't pee in my bed. I'm grateful that I have a nice mattress. I'm grateful I had clean water. I'm grateful that I had the money to buy food today. I'm grateful for all these awesome things that happen. It could be anything from 10 things that you're grateful for. It can be your friends, family, or anything in your life. The reason that this is so powerful is that what happens is that gratitude releases a chemical in your brain, your subconscious, and your nervous system. They don't know the difference between what's real and what's not real. Gratitude is the chemical signal that something good is happening.
Manifest Anything While You Sleep By Confusing Your Subconscious Mind
So what you've done is you've pulled up your mantra from the previous step. You've done the record player technique. Now you're essentially confusing your subconscious mind, which isn't rational. So it doesn't know you're manipulating it and you're instilling the chemical of gratitude into your unconscious, which mixes with your record player technique in your mantra. So it starts to actually blend together and your brain and your unconscious mind think you're being grateful that my channel just went viral. You just got a bunch of money. You just attracted your soulmate. You just had this awesome thing happen in your life, and what happens is that through the 10 consecutive gratitude things, it goes directly in there, in the brain.
Number five. So now the process is getting close to being completed, and this is what I call lucid imagination or lucid manifestation. You know, we talk about lucid dreaming. You've heard all about it, right? And sometimes you think you're flying in the middle of the night. Same idea here, but now that you've done the 10 things you're grateful for, you're going to call them back onto the screen of your mind. That's the thing that you're imagining in the record player technique. So, for example, I'm calling onto the screen of my mind my channel going viral. So I've done the 10 things I'm grateful for, but this time instead of shutting the blackout.
Once Your Mind Wanders, Just Catch It
I'm just going to let my mind wander, and the intention is to fall asleep while you're imagining your future passively. Every time you catch yourself with your mind wandering, you just bring it back. Whatever things are happening in your imagination, once your mind wanders, just catch it. You don't have to beat yourself up. So once your mind wanders, you just bring it right back to that starting point of the record player technique. You just keep doing it very passively. Instead of counting sheep, you're counting all your blessings for the future and then, bam, you fall asleep. Number six is to be easy on yourself. The reason that this is so important is because you don't want to invoke the conscious mind as you're progressing in this technique.
You may find it easier and easier because it's also a mental exercise where you're building your mental faculties. Don't get mad, don't get upset, don't be like, "Oh I'm not good at concentrating." I can't see well. My mind keeps wandering. Don't even go there in your mind. You just stop and you just go, "Take a deep breath" and then move right back into your imagination. Number seven is to be happy and purposeful when you wake up in the morning. When you wake up in the morning, do what Abraham Hicks would call a gratitude rampage. Just look around the room. "I'm grateful for that light." "I'm grateful for the sun that's coming through." "I'm grateful that my heart worked through the night."
The Goal Is To Be In The Game
Just pick a bunch of things you're grateful for and then you go and you have a purposeful day. number eight. Do not scoreboard watch when you wake up in the morning, and you do this technique and you don't see results right away. What I mean by that is, if you're playing a game of basketball but you're looking at the scoreboard the whole time, you're not going to be in the game. So the goal isn't to be a spectator. The goal is to be in the game. It takes about 21 days to start to change a habit, to start to build new neurochemical connections. So, stick with this technique for at least 21 days.
