Recently I was waking up in the middle of the night between 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM. That is not my normal routine. Mostly it was just after 3:00 AM. And my question is, has that ever happened to you? Have you ever woken up at a weird time and it's not your normal sleep pattern? Why does this keep happening?
I finally figured out in my own life why it happens and it changed my life. What is your subconscious trying to tell you?
When you wake up different from your normal sleep pattern and it happens on a semi or totally regular basis, chances are that your subconscious mind is trying to tell you something that you aren't interpreting through dreams.
Often the subconscious uses dreams in order to illustrate certain signs or messages to you. And when you live in a society that hasn't taught you anything about being able to interpret the subconscious messages from dream state, your subconscious can resort to waking you up. Ultimately I realized the same thing was happening.
I was having some types of thought patterns about my new channel. I made a new channel, it's a personal finance channel. I've been wanting to make it for a long time and there's a lot of things that I really wanted to say and I just haven't gotten around doing it. With my wife being pregnant and my current workload, it's been difficult to find the time.
Making a whole other channel is a lot of work. I would be waking up and thinking about it. Sometimes positive, like imagining something that would make me excited. Sometimes it was anxiety like I need to get this thing going up and saying I'm going to get it going.
The central theme was always that it was about this one thing in my life that I was neglecting. What actually prompted me to realize it was when all this pandemic stuff was occurring, I finally was like, dude, there's so many relevant things that I want to say on this other channel. I separate the spirituality content from financial and market content.
So I finally was like, okay, I need to make it. Okay. Guess what happened? I released the channel, it's only been a couple of weeks. It's already doing super well, exceeded my expectations and then all those weird sleep patterns stopped right after I started making the channel.
I also lost a lot of subconscious anxiety during my waking hours that I didn't know I have because a lot of times when there's something that you want to do or a way that life is trying to push you where your intuition is speaking to you about somebody or something, if you don't do it long enough, you start to build up subconscious anxiety or fear or anger at yourself or whatever it might be.
That energy, that emotion needs to express itself. And so it uses waking you up in the middle of the night. And so the question is, can you find any repeating patterns between when you're waking up at that time? Has there been a person for a really long time that you've been wanting to ask out and you haven't done it?
Maybe you've always wanted to quit your job and start your dream business and you haven't done it and you keep waking up in the middle the night worried you're going to get fired or lose your job due to the pandemic situation. Or maybe you just keep having this daydream every time when you can't sleep at one o'clock in the morning and you're thinking and getting excited about your dream business, you've always wanted to start.
The subconscious wakes you up and it's using discomfort in order to try to tell you something. It's really your higher self that's trying to send a message. It's the universe trying to communicate through symbolism.
The sign is waking in the middle of the night and having restlessness as a bridge to help wake us up in consciousness as well in the emotional and mental realms. When you can discover what that thing is, you find this dance where it's almost like your subconscious or your higher self is leading breadcrumbs to you and so it rustles you in the middle of the night.
This is a sign from the universe telling you to follow the actual breadcrumbs that your subconscious is leading you. So if you're waking up at some time that isn't your normal sleep pattern and it keeps happening, chances are it's your subconscious trying to nudge you in the right direction.
It'll keep ringing and chances are it's your subconscious saying, Hey, pick up the phone. I'm sending you a message right now. If this speaks to you, I would love for you to share what your subconscious is trying to communicate or tell you.
Remember
Miracles are normal.
