Whatever it is that you want, you can actually use these techniques I'm about to share with you to get yourself into a hypnosis deduction state, to reprogram your subconscious, and actually imprint your subconscious with whatever it is that you want. Then, it's going to start coming into your life.

The very first technique that I'm about to share with you is actually not the most powerful one - that's going to come up in a minute, This one is the most unusual one, and it's called hypnotic writing.

You actually get yourself into a hypnotic state through writing. I came across this actually through just thinking a lot about this. I was struggling to get by in my career. I was 19 years old. I dropped out of college. I decided I wanted to be a writer. No one would publish my books, and everyone said it wasn't going to work out.
"I'm too young. You don't have enough education. You don't know the right people." It went on and on forever. I said "You know, how am I going to do this?" I learned about the subconscious mind a little bit. I started taking it to the extreme. It made me think about when I was a junior in high school in a class I actually ended up failing. I had to finish in independent study, but that's another story.
Before that happened, I was in this class and we would do creative writing. The teacher would set the timer for 15 minutes and you weren't allowed to pick up your pen off the piece of paper. You just had to write whatever came through you.
I would write these wild stories and afterwards, I would sit back when my conscious mind was back in the picture, I'd say "How the heck did I just think of this?" I didn't. It was in my subconscious. What I started doing was essentially that creative writing exercise for 10 minutes. I wouldn't pick up the paper, but I would do it about the life that I wanted to create for myself.
What you're going to do is you pull out a piece of paper and you write in the present tense. Your subconscious mind, psychologists say, is responsible for 95 percent of your life. You're always in a state of trance. You're always in it. What's the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning? Do you put your right leg in your pants versus your left leg into your pants? Do you grab a cup of coffee right away? Do you grab a cup of water right away?

Do you grab a cup with lemons in it? Green juice? Whatever it is that you do, it's just a trance that you've done for so long, over and over and over and over and over. When you drive, do you put your blinker on? Do you not put your blinker on? All of these things are just trance. They're just habits that are embedded into the subconscious mind.
When you can actually redirect your trance, then you can change your whole life. What I started doing is I started writing - and you'll begin this with "I am so grateful now that.." "I am so grateful now that.." On a clean piece of paper, "I'm so grateful now that.." I started writing, "I'm inspiring millions of people from all over the world. I'm traveling around the world. I have my beautiful dream home in Hawaii."
I would keep writing and writing and writing and writing. I'd do it for 10 minutes. While I did it, I would play this audio softly, so I was actually engaging all my senses - my hearing, I was engaging my eyes. This was all influencing my nervous system. I was using my arm because I was writing, obviously.
The audio is Jakeshypnosis.com. It's free and you can use that, too. I'd play that softly, and then I would just write and I would write and I would write and I would write. I would write these things, and eventually 10 minutes into it, sometimes it would feel like it was actually reality, and I was actually in this reality, even though it wasn't really happening. I would write about how I was published by major publishers, which ended up happening.
I went from a 19 year old college dropout. No one would publish my first book, so I had to self publish, to publishing with Penguin Random House, the number one New York publishing company in English in the entire world. They published two of my books in countries all around the world. I did that by using hypnotic writing.
You can do this for money, you can do this for love. You can do this for all around lifestyle. You can do this for career.

It doesn't really matter, but the point is repetition of it, because that's how you insert it into the subconscious.
Every day for 10 minutes, you find a spot that's comfortable to you and you start writing. Then use my audio, Jakeshypnosis.com to start to go with it. What begins to occur is you're starting to get your mind into a trance because you're just writing.
You're not stopping to consciously think about it. If you don't stop to consciously think about something, then you're getting direct access to the subconscious mind.
The more you do that repeatedly, the more you start to engage different brain cells. You start to engage your nervous system. Then it starts to become a pattern in your subconscious mind. Number two, this one is a very unusual one as well. I'm saving the one that I think is most universal for last. This one is really unique. I started thinking, "If my subconscious mind is responsible for 95 percent of my life, I have 65,000 thoughts in a day."
"According to psychologists, 95 percent of them are subconscious. Sub means below, so they're below conscious, then what's happening throughout most of my day while I'm driving my car, while I'm taking a shower, while I'm cooking dinner?" I have some conscious patterns playing.
You have subconscious patterns playing that you're unaware of. We can take conscious control of our mind while we're studying personal development, while we're studying YouTube videos, but then the rest of the day, what's happening?

That's the real kicker. Through the rest of the day, part of the day, you might want more money and you're reading your books and studying your videos.
When you're driving your car, your old patterns are coming. While you're cutting your carrots for your soup, your old patterns are coming. While you're taking a shower or brushing your teeth, your old patterns are coming in.
You don't notice them because it's at that point. It's so unconscious to take your shower, to cut your carrots, to brush your teeth, to drive your car, that those habits play and you don't even notice that they're happening . That's the important thing that you have to reprogram if you want self hypnosis for success to work for you.
What I started doing is during all my normal tasks, I started hypnotizing myself - while I brush my teeth, especially while I shower. Think about this. You get in the shower, you get the warm water on your body, what happens? You relax and you space out. We space out while we shower. We're generally not in a present moment of awareness, and not in control of our thoughts while we shower.
I started playing my success hypnosis while I would shower because that was the time my body was relaxed. My conscious mind was out of the picture. I do it every single day for whatever, 5, 10, however many minutes you shower for - 5, 10, 15 minutes. Maybe if you're really having one of those days, you take a 20 minute shower or something.
You've got the warm water on. The water is a relaxing sound. It's giving you direct access to your subconscious mind. While I was cooking my dinners, while I was doing all of these things, I would play it so that it was starting to become a pattern plan in my mind.
In the same way that if Mary had a little lamb was playing all the time while you were showering and while you're cooking, what would happen? You would start singing it. It would get stuck in your head.
You want to get certain phrases that help the induction of hypnosis to start repeating into your subconscious mind, and so that's what I began doing. What I invite you to do is while you're showering, while you're cooking, while you're driving, pick a phrase.

"I'm so grateful now that money comes to me quickly and easily." Comment that down below.
Pick a phrase. "I'm so grateful I'm attracting love and ideal resources." "I'm so grateful that God's wealth flows to me in avalanches of abundance." "I'm so grateful now that I feel peace within my body and attract happy situations." Pick a phrase around love, money, happiness, success.
One sentence, only one sentence. Start repeating that while you drive, do it out loud. While you're cutting, do it out loud. I started writing them on index cards and put them in my pocket so I would constantly be affirming to them. Then what I would do is I'd play my audio,
Jakeshypnosis.com. While you're brushing your teeth, listen to this. Just let it play while you're spacing out.
Let it play while I'm stretching at my house on the floor with my yoga mat. I take this so literally. If you have 65,000 thoughts in a day and 95 percent of them are unconscious, and those thoughts are programmed into you by what is happening throughout your day and where your mind is throughout the day, that means you can wire your subconscious anyway you want.
Imagine if those 65,000 thoughts that you have in a day, that 95 percent of your life that controls the money you attract, the career success you have, your self esteem, your happiness, the resources you attract, your career success, your love, your happiness, your health, all of that.
Imagine if you programmed it and it was like your actual software in your mind was like, "Money comes to me easily. I'm wealthy. I'm happy. I'm a confident individual, worthy of everything that I desire."
Imagine if those operating systems we're programmed into you. Dude, your life would change. The problem with all of us is that we have other people's operating systems installed into our mind.
That's all hypnosis is, is you consciously installing the most conducive operating systems that help you accomplish your goals, as opposed to other people's operating systems and societies operating systems, and operating systems based off of your past.
You get rid of those. You erase those and you rewire it. It's like deleting a virus and re-instilling better software in your computer.

It's the same thing. Jakeshypnosis.com. Start in everyday situations while you're stretching, while you're showering, while you're cutting and cooking your dinner, while you're driving your car. Start repeating these phrases and start using them as a deduction technique, as an induction technique to get yourself into a state of hypnosis.

I created this for myself to literally as an experiment to see if I could rewire my subconscious. I would put it on and I recorded it. Then, I would listen to the stuff with headphones on and I would imagine myself into these realities before they would happen. It would be playing.
I would imagine myself into these realities. I would literally visualize myself as as as already having my books published with New York publishers and agents shaking my hands and congratulating me.
I would focus on situations that would happen, had I accomplished what I wanted - an agent shaking my hand and saying congratulations. My books being in bookstores and someone sending me a photo saying, "Jake, I just saw your book at the airport."
That's what I started doing - focusing on end the situations as if my results had already occurred and I would listen to the hypnosis the whole time. Focusing on end situations as if they already occurred. Comment down below: "Focus on end e-n-d, just like the ending. Focus on end situations as if they already occurred. Then that starts firing different brain cells. It starts engaging your nervous system in a new way.
All the sudden, after you do that for three weeks, your brain and your subconscious start thinking those things have already happened. It doesn't know the difference between what's real and what's not real. That is the coolest thing about being a human being.
Your subconscious mind that controls everything in your life doesn't know the difference between what's real and what's not real. Now, for most people, this is bad news because their programmed by negative ideas that aren't true.

"Well, I'm not successful because the economy. I'm too old. I'm too young. I don't have the right education. I have too many rolls on my stomach. I'm unlovable. My mom and my dad and my uncle and my boss said I couldn't be successful. My fourth grade teacher said I couldn't be successful. It's too hard to be successful. Making money is evil. I'm unlovable."
These are things aren't really true. You're a divine being worthy of everything that you desire. You're not even your physical body anyways. You're a spiritual being in a physical body and you're connected to the one infinite source.
Call it God, universe, whatever you want. You're worthy of everything you desire. It's just that we've muddied up our true potential in our true self with all of these ideas. The cool thing is you can put anything you want in there.
Your subconscious mind doesn't know the difference between what's real and what's not real.
When you start implanting it with end results of agents shaking my hand or with you walking on the beach with your soulmate, me already in the end result of like getting thousands of comments on videos of people saying "Wow, this works. I'm so amazed. Thank you, Jake. This is so great. My life changed in this way. My life changed in this way."
That's what I started doing before I was getting any success on YouTube. I was in this reality before it was actually happening. I would imagine myself getting speaking gigs and getting paid money to go speak on stages before it was happening. I was shaking hands with event promoters. "Hey Jake, you did an amazing job. Here's your check."
I would be in that reality while I listened to it and my life started changing drastically. Napoleon Hill says "Riches when they come, come in such vast quantities that one wonders where they were hiding all those lean years."
Not just money, but the things that you want in your life. Love, happiness, success, resources, adventure, opportunities. Begin using these three techniques: Creative hypnotic writing. For 10 minutes, begin with "I'm so grateful now that.." Write as if what you want has already happened. Do it every single day. Allow yourself to fall into the trance of that.
Play Jakeshypnosis.com, the audio while you're doing that - softly - to get yourself into a trance state easier. Second, start using very short phrases, one sentence phrases, while you're driving, while you're cooking your soup, while you're in the shower.

During everyday things - while you're brushing your teeth, to start hypnotizing yourself and getting yourself into a state of hypnosis, into a state of trance on singular sentences that will start embedding into your subconscious. Eventually, they'll start repeating themselves automatically in your mind.

Thank you, daddy."
Whatever it is, practice that end result as if it's already happened everyday. Walk through it so many times that your subconscious starts to think that it's already happened. When that happens, the floodgates are going to open so quickly and fast. You're going to wonder why it hadn't happened sooner.
