I notice most of them don't actually know what they're doing other than spend money, you know, on ads, and that's how they make their money; they don't have an organic business, product, or personal brand that they've created, and so between all that and just kind of looking at the collective vibe of our world right now, I think we need more people who are inspiring, uplifting, and have more purpose in their lives.

Gallup polls say that 75 percent of people are actively disengaged from their jobs, which is a politically correct way of saying most people don't even like what they do. So I thought it would make sense to finally put together a business course, a business program that taught how I went from a 19-year-old college dropout and self-publishing my first book at Penguin Random House to building a multi-million dollar business organically with my work as an author and a speaker, and I did it all organically online using YouTube, driving millions of page views to my website, and just all around making cool stuff that uplifts people's lives and influences their lives in a positive way, and so I called it six-figure thought leader, which is the name that I gave it.
