Bob Proctor Abundance Meditation


Bob Proctor Abundance Meditation is a perfect way to manifest abundance fast. So quite a number of years ago, I found out that you could actually manifest while you sleep. You could actually do a certain sleep technique to attract what you want into your life with a lot less resistance, a lot less effort, and a lot faster. So I learned this technique from one of my mentors, Bob Proctor, and I had never heard anything like this in my whole life, and I was always someone who said, "I'll give it a try. You know, I grew up an atheist. I grew up thinking that I was just a physical body and a physical universe in a dog-eat-dog world. My annual income turned into my monthly income. Think about how I attracted my soulmate—just everything that I wrote on this piece of paper that I wanted out of life just started happening. So I'm going to break down this law of attraction sleep technique and how you can use it to manifest even things that seem far-fetched, like you don't really believe you can get them, but the one thing I have to ask you is to simply suspend your disbelief. So I was 21 years old, and I started to learn more and more about the subconscious mind and understand more and more about vibrational frequencies, the law of attraction, and the power of your mind. I had an opportunity when I was about that age to have a phone call with a guy that was a mentor of mine; his name was Bob Proctor, and he basically told me that you can utilize the power of your mind to bring the things that you want into life.

So I thought, why not take it to the next level and create a very powerful hypnosis or subliminal reprogram and write what I wanted on a piece of paper and put it right next to my bed, and as I was falling asleep every night, I would read this piece of paper just before I went to bed, lying in bed, quickly turning on the light, and reading it. Put it right next to my bed, and then I would turn this hypnosis on. I would basically just go to sleep, and you wouldn't believe the things that started happening in my life. I became a millionaire in my 20s.

I had a YouTube channel that was getting a couple hundred views on videos that ended up getting 50 million views on the channel. Being Stuck In The Rat Race

I believe the famous philosopher Voltaire said it best when he said that "luck" was a word invented by us to explain the known effects of unknown causes, which means that we use luck to explain things that happen in the world for which we don't understand the causes, but the causes to everything come from the mind. You know what's very powerful? It is that, just before going to sleep, your brain enters a hypnotic brainwave state.

Now, the problem that a lot of people have with reprogramming their minds is that they're so damn attached to their own thoughts and they're so stuck in the rat race that it's like their mind never shuts off. Sleep Is Very Powerful When Your Mind Is Reprogrammed By Others

This hamster wheel that never stops and never stops going a million miles per hour; it's at a very quick brainwave state because we're bumping and running around all day long and it never stops, and so it becomes very difficult to reprogram your mind because there's so much going on that the mind often rejects it once you insert new pictures, images, ideas, goals, horizons, and frequencies. We say, "Well, the law of attraction isn't working," or it can, but we don't understand that there's an unknown cause.

We see the effects, but we don't know the known causes, and the known causes always come back to the subconscious mind, which controls 95% of your life. It's been programmed. You have been programmed by your parents, your grandparents, your aunt, your uncle, your foster parents, your schools, your friends, your friend's parents, and the media, and so sleep is very powerful because you enter a slower brainwave state where it requires a lot less work, a lot less discipline, and a lot less attention in order to get your desired results, so that your outside world starts to mirror your deepest desires. Figure Out What You Want

It's very simple, and so I want to end this by breaking down the steps again so that you can start to utilize them in your own life and make sleep a fantastic tool to manifest what you want. So the first step is to figure out what you want, which means getting out a pen and paper and writing down everything you want. How much money do you want to make? How much money do you want to make a month? What do you want to do for your career? What are your health goals? What are your connections? What do you want out of your personal life? What do you want out of your day-to-day experience? Write it all down.

Everything that you want Put it on a piece of paper that is clearly legible and that you will be able to reread now. Print it or pull it out of the journal; you're going to keep this by your bed every night before you go to sleep. You're going to read this out loud, not silently. The reason you're going to do this is because you're going to put a final suggestion into your mind before you go to sleep, and you're going to utilize the ability to speak in order to imprint your subconscious in your brain one last time before you go to bed.

Sleep Program To Guide You Through The Night

After you read it, you just put it right next to you on the side of your bed or on the side of your end table, and that's step number one. Whatever you ultimately choose, you're going to have this play either throughout the whole night or Or if you don't want to play it through the whole night, you don't need to, especially if you have another person sleeping next to you who doesn't want it. You can put your headphones in, and you don't have to do it all night because you can still get some of the results by putting them in each ear as you're going to sleep, closing your eyes, and just listening to it and visualizing.

You think about the things you just read on your list, and you allow the recording to be the final echoes in your mind before you drift off into sleep. Sometimes you don't want to wake up; sometimes you don't get enough sleep; sometimes you're not looking forward to what's going on in the day.

The most important part is to wake up and express your gratitude when your feet hit the ground or when your eyes open in the morning for the things you wrote on that paper—the things you visualized while listening to the hypnosis—having manifested. "Thank you, thank you, thank you,” that I got this job, that I'm making this amount of money, that I attracted my soulmate, that this happened, that that happened, and then just let it go. 

Your Subconscious Gets Programmed To Set A Point

When you go on throughout your day, amazing things will start to happen because slowly but surely, that sleep technique is going to set a new baseline level for your subconscious in the same way that you set a thermostat in the house. Let's say you set it for 70 degrees, but it's 40 degrees outside, and you leave a couple of the windows open. What's that thermostat going to do? It's going to kick into high gear and shoot 80-degree air out to combat the cold.

If the room goes down to 60 degrees, what is the thermostat going to do? kicking it into high gear to get it back to the programmed level of 70, and that's the same way your subconscious works. Your subconscious gets programmed to a set point; how much money you make is a set point that's programmed. Try the Bob Proctor abundance meditation and see for yourself how effective it is. Have you ever noticed that most people make about the same amount of money as they did the previous year and the year before that? Why? It's a set point just like a thermostat; wherever the points are set in your life and in your program, you rarely deviate from them, and you get about the same results that you're programmed to get.

Use The Sleep Technique

Most people think they're stuck like that, though. But here's the thing: you can use the sleep technique to change the set program, and now it's the same thing with relationships. Have you ever noticed how some people always end up in an emotionally abusive relationship where they are constantly tearing each other down? It's toxic, and it never works out. That can be traced all the way back to how they saw their parents or grandparents when they were children.

It got programmed into them, and that became like the setpoint for a relationship, and then the subconscious created it over and over again even though they didn't want it. That's the thing, because it doesn't matter what you consciously want; that's only responsible for 5% of your life. What matters is how you're subconsciously programmed, how your thermostat is set, so to speak, and it's the same for your health, the same for your confidence, and it's the same for your overall emotional well-being.
