Neville Goddard Sleep Technique


Neville Goddard sleep technique should be done five minutes before bed, and you will manifest your desires using the power of sleep. I'm going to share with you a very powerful technique that you can just do for 60 seconds before bed, while you're in bed, or while you're falling asleep, and then watch what happens. He said that sleep conceals the creative act, but the objective world is what reveals it. Scientifically, we know that theta waves are the brain waves that occur in the three- to eight-hertz range and happen just before you fall asleep. Theta waves tend to be stronger when you're deeply relaxed before bed than when you're asleep, but scientists define the theta wave brain state as one in which tasks become so automatic that you can mentally turn your back on them. We're In A Fading Brainwave State

That's why hypnotherapists can put people in the theta wave state, which is why we inherit so many behaviors and beliefs from our childhood.
