Create Your Own Reality Through This Magical Prayer

So the question is, can your brain tell the difference between reality and fantasy? Judging by the brain scans in this image, volunteers were asked to play a simple sequence of piano notes each day for five consecutive days. Their brains were scanned each day in the region connected to the finger muscles as they were moving the piano. Another set of volunteers was asked to imagine playing the notes instead of actually playing them, while also having their brains scanned each and every single day. So the top two rows in the image show the changes in the brain and those who played the notes.

Your Brain Clearly Doesn't Distinguish Between Real And Imaginary

They actually played the piano, and then the middle two rows show the changes in those who simply imagined that they were playing the piano. So compare this with the bottom two rows showing the brain regions in the control group. This is the group that did nothing; they didn't imagine, and they didn't actually play. You can see very clearly that the changes in the brains of those who imagine playing the piano are exactly the same as those who actually play the piano.

In many ways, your brain clearly doesn't distinguish between real and imaginary. This group played the piano; the other one imagined it, and their brain scans were exactly the same. So think about that. You can do that with anything, right? They proved it with the piano, but imagine that you did the same thing for money or that you did the same thing for your health. Imagining your business's success has the same reaction in your brain as having the business's success. Imagining that you have healed your health has the exact same response in your brain as actually being healthy.

So Tor Wager is the director of the cognitive and affective neuroscience laboratory at the University of Colorado at Boulder. She summarized all of this research on the brain in this quote. She said, "Imagination is a neurological reality that can impact our brains and our bodies." So, being that this is all true, the question is: how do we utilize that? How do you use that to make more money? How do you use that for your health, your soulmate, your career, or whatever you want?

There's a technique from Neville Goddard; it's called the "I remember when" technique. What this really is is about training your brain to re-remember reality differently than it previously did. So, for example, if you want more money, you can use this technique just like this. I remember when I didn't have enough money and I struggled financially; now I have everything I want. So you're basically making the claim by implying to your brain that a new life event or a new memory has already come to pass.

Your brain will re-remember a new reality even if it hasn't happened yet, and then the tricky part for this method to really work is that you want to get into the mood of remembering when you didn't have something that you wanted and then feel the actual memory. So basically, you need to feel that this is not your reality anymore. It's a past struggle that no longer exists.

Now you feel good that your reality has changed, as this is what actually tricks the mind into believing that it's come to pass in your life. For example, if you were doing it for your health, you could first feel what it felt like when you were struggling or were doing it for your job. Feel how you felt when you didn't have a job, and just get into that energy. Create your own reality using the easiest techniques that are scientifically backed. Then you go, "Oh my gosh, I remember when I didn't have a job three weeks ago; I remember when I was having serious back pain and back spasms; I remember when I was struggling to pay my rent; and now I have my dream house in the mountains."

Create Your Own Reality - The Two Emotional States

So what you're doing here is showing your brain the separation between the two emotional states: you bring the old one up, and then you go, "I remember when," and you enter the new one. So then your brain thinks that the old limitation is in the past, and then your brain thinks that the "I remember when" future is already happening right now in your life. So instead of just talking about scientific studies or talking in theory about this Neville Goddard technique, let me break it down.

So I was 21 years old, I had dropped out of college, my wife Ashley was in credit card debt because we weren't making enough money to pay for everything, and I started doing this simple process where I'd wake up in the morning, listen to my success hypnosis, and I'd start to enter those new memories that hadn't happened yet. Ashley and I would go for walks, and when we went for walks, we would do this technique. It works really well if you do it with someone, but you can also do it on your own, in front of the mirror, or just turn your radio down or put some instrumentals on and talk to yourself. So we'd go like this, and we called it "ogling" at the time. So what we would do is say, "I remember when we couldn't pay for anything; now we're traveling around the world; we have our dream house in Hawaii; we're doing this; we're doing that; and I remember that my YouTube channel wasn't doing well, but now look at it every day: I'm just getting more and more subscribers every day; I'm getting more people commenting."

All these awesome things are occurring, and so we would go on a walk, but the walk was really a mental exercise in retraining our brain. The strange thing is that once everything took off, I made more money in 12 months than I had in the previous five years combined. I made more money than the previous five years combined. So think about this: every time you do this technique, your brain starts to think it's happening.

Your brain thinks the money's there, your brain thinks your soulmate's there, your brain thinks you've got a new job even though you might be on welfare, and your brain thinks that it's already healed itself from the physical pain that you're going through in your life right now. So here's what you do: you pick one thing at a time and you insert the "I remember" technique.

Now, you can also do this journaling if you don't have anyone to do it with, but after you journal it, you want to read it out loud so you can engage your brain in a new way. I remember when I didn't have any money; now I’m making six figures. I remember when I was struggling with this, and now I feel perfect. I'm exercising every day, and I've lost 20 pounds. You get into the feeling of what's going on and repeat it. Now it's scientifically proven that it takes about 21 days to build a new habit and for your brain to get retrained.

Now we also know that every time you have an emotion, you fire new cells in your brain. When you get emotionally involved, you’re sparking a couple more cells.
