Lucid Dreaming To Manifest Before You Sleep

Lucid dreaming to manifest before you sleep is so effective you should try it. If you do this Neville Goddard technique for five minutes before bed, you can use the power of sleep to make your dreams come true. I'm going to share with you a very powerful technique that you can just do for 60 seconds before bed, while you're in bed, or while you're falling asleep, and then watch what happens. This will change your entire life. Using the power of sleep, strange things will begin to appear in your waking life. So Neville Goddard said, "Sleep conceals the creative act while the objective world reveals it in sleep; man impresses the subconscious with his conception of himself." To learn more, check my other blog Recurring Dreams And How They Help You Manifest.

So that's pretty crazy. He said that sleep conceals the creative act, but the objective world is what reveals it, and scientifically, we know that theta waves are the brain waves that occur in the three to eight hertz range. Just before you're falling asleep, they tend to be more dominant when you're deeply relaxed before sleep as opposed to when you're asleep, but the Theta wave brain state is what is scientifically defined as a state where tasks become so automatic that you can mentally disengage your conscious mind from them. So try lucid dreaming to manifest before you sleep and see what comes next!

Lucid Dreaming To Manifest - Enter A Total Subconscious Trance

Enter A Total Subconscious Trance

So, essentially, this is when you enter a total subconscious trance, which is why hypnotherapists get people in the theta wave state for a lot of success in a child's life if they're primarily in a theta brainwave state, which is why we inherit so many behaviors and beliefs from our childhood. We're in a state where our brain waves are slowing down, and you can tap into that right before you go to sleep. This technique will use that. Most people spend most of their time in beta.

It doesn't mean you are a beta; it just means that we spend our time in beta because that's like the fight or flight state. So the electromagnetic frequency of your brain that you can pick up with EEG machines is quicker, and that makes sense because we wake up and we're like, "What do I need to do today?" and we're in a state of problem-solving. We spend the majority of our time in this state; I do it, you do it, we all do it in these two main states. So try lucid dreaming to manifest before you sleep and see what comes next! But at Theta, no matter how much it slows down, this means your conscious mind is disappearing.

Add New Ideas That You Normally Can't Access

Your nervous system is settling down, and when you're in this type of state, you are suggestible, meaning your brain waves have slowed down to the point where you have direct access to your subconscious mind. You can add new ideas that you normally can't access when your brainwaves are normal and you're awake, or it's just harder to do so. Although Neville doesn't go into the science behind it, I researched it. This is scientifically proven to work.

Sleep is the best time to do this, so basically everything that's coming to you in your waking life is happening primarily in the five minutes before you go to sleep. So there's one rule, and if you want to use it correctly, Neville summarizes it best. He says, "Never go to sleep feeling discouraged or dissatisfied; never sleep in the consciousness of failure." So try lucid dreaming to manifest before you sleep and see what comes next! So why does he say that? because, when you're neurologically in a theta brainwave state, everything that you think or every image in your mind is going directly into your subconscious mind.

Right Before Sleep Is One Of The Keys To The Universe

Right Before Sleep Is One Of The Keys To The Universe

When you're worried before you go to sleep or you're thinking about all the bad things, that's going directly into the subconscious mind because there's no interference with the conscious mind when you're in a Theta brainwave state. Having said that, you realize that right before sleep is one of the universe's keys. So when I discovered this, I thought that that made a lot of sense.

It's scientifically proven, and I started doing this Neville Goddard technique for pretty much everything in my life, and a lot of people do lucid dreaming where they want to enter through visualization. You can imagine yourself flying or whatever. I do lucid dreaming, but I see myself with everything I want. Whatever it is—for money, for a career, for your music, for your painting—you can imagine yourself solving problems in your life. Try lucid dreaming to manifest before you sleep and see what comes next! So, instead of going to sleep in a theta brainwave state and giving your mind the problem, your subconscious will know what's real and what's not.

Lucid Dreaming To Manifest - Your Brain Starts To Create A New Reality

If you solve it in your mind instead, that cycle of time is complete, and then your brain starts to create a new reality when you wake up. So what I like to do is put my headphones in and listen to my success hypnosis very lightly. You can get it for free, and you can start using it to relax yourself. So I listened to my success hypnosis and imagined myself lying in bed in a sensory deprivation tank.

I fully enter my imagination, and then I start building these awesome scenes as I'm falling asleep, attempting to put a really slight smile on my face to evoke the emotion, which is what triggers the language of the brain in the subconscious mind in the Theta wave state. Your brain and your subconscious aren't rational. They can't tell what's real and what's not. They just respond to dominant emotions. So try lucid dreaming to manifest before you sleep and see what comes next!

They Respond To Programming From Emotions

They Respond To Programming From Emotions

They're speaking in their native language. The language that they speak is emotions, meaning that they respond to programming from emotions. So I'll lie there with a really slight smile, and I'll imagine something really good happening. You lie there and you imagine your soulmate, your career, or whatever it is.

So try lucid dreaming to manifest before you sleep and see what comes next! Neville says sensation precedes manifestation, and that's the foundation upon which all manifestation rests. Before you go to sleep, you must be aware of being or having what you want to be or have. Once asleep, man has no freedom of choice. His entire slumber is dominated by his last waking concept.

Lucid Dreaming To Manifest - Sensation Precedes Manifestation

I am telling you, this works so incredibly well. If you just do this every day for 30 days, you're going to see insane stuff happen in your life. All of a sudden, you change the pattern before sleeping. So let me repeat that from Neville: "Sensation precedes manifestation." That's why the slight smile is so important. Sensation is the feeling that precedes manifestation and upon which all manifestation rests; that's the foundation.

So you must be conscious of being or having what you want to be or have before you drop off to sleep. Once asleep, man has no freedom of choice. Your entire slumber is dominated by your last waking concept of self. So go to jakeshypnosis.com and check out my free success hypnosis.1.3 million people from all over the world have used it. If you believe you are worthy of what you want, it's time to use the power of sleep by using the lucid dreaming to manifest.
